FAQ
Are these genuine replacement triflow valves ? Yes they are.
Should I replace all the valves at the same time ? If replacing yourself, then we would always recommend establishing which valve is leaking and replacing only that due to the cost of replacement valves. You do this by isolating each water feed in turn and seeing if there is a drip. If getting in a plumber then you have to weigh up the cost of replacing all versus calling back a plumber. It is not difficult to do this job yourself. For most people the most challenging issue is turning off the water feeds. There are a lot of youtube videos out there to help you with all of this or you might have a handy neighbour good at DIY !

How Quarter Turn Valves open / close
- By 'Hot' we are referring to a Valve that opens Clockwise.
- By 'Cold' we are referring to a Valve that opens Anti-Clockwise
However, there are some taps where the opposite is the case. Eg. Our Deco Tap, there is a 'Hot' (Clockwise opening) valve in the Cold Water Feed and a 'Cold' (Anti-Clockwise opening Valve) in the Hot Water Feed. It is the same with our Riviera Palazzo. Sometimes Taps with Cross Handles and Quarter Turn Valves can have a 'Cold' (Anti-clockwise) Valve in both the Hot and the Cold water feeds. You can contact us before buying if unsure. Or you can remove your own Valve prior to ordering to check which valve is in your own water feed.

- Post is usually 1-2 working days but it could take longer to be delivered in N.I.
At peak times of the year e.g. Christmas Period, or extreme weather, there could be delays countrywide in deliveries as volumes of goods sent by Post / Courier increase or are delayed by adverse weather conditions. This is outside our control.
